Stu came up with these back in 2011, well before the new edition of Blacksand. But apart from the third (already there) they'd make great additions to the naval sorcery spells. It'd be worth trying to develop them further.

This might be a good for what the summoned sea horse spirit looks like, made of the spray at the crest of a wave but somehow still physical enough to ride. It's how the horses of Poseidon are usually shown.

There's also this style, a hippocampus or merhorse. I can see a place for both to exist in the seas of Titan but the spell would probably be better with the spirit one, which is more what was suggested originally.
