Interactive Fables: Worldsmith devBlog: Integrating the parser and the web page

One of the perennial problems for developers using Inform as a tool for Interactive Fiction development has been integrating the parser with the web page – that is, in Worldsmith’s case, passing arguments at run-time from the interpreter to JavaScript functions in order to change images, text and CSS. There have been various platforms that have attempted this over the years – the most promising being, at the moment, Vorple, but it is not yet working with larger, non-zcode games. Andrew
